PARTIAL RELEASE PRUVISIONS:
Mortgagor, Providing the Mortgagor shall be not in material default of the tenas
_ and conditions of this Mortqage or the note secured hereby, at the time of pay-
__, ment of any regular installment of principal hereunder, shall be entitled to re-
_ lease from the lien and encwnbrance of this Mortqaqe of that parcel out of the
foreqoing described encwnbered lands as is described in the applicable of the
succession of release parcels specified by that certain Mortgaqe Release Schedule
made part and "Schedule C" of that certain Contract for Sale and Purchase dated
November 22, 1980t Copy of applicable parts of Schedule C attached as Exhibit I
hereof;
AND, at any time subsequent to January 1, 1981, upon payment by Mortqagor of a
swn equivalent to a regular installment due under the note secured hereby, with
then accrued interest on the unpaid balance of principal indebtedness, Mortgaqor
shall be entitled to a partial release of those lands described by the next avail-
able of release parcels described by the foregolnq Release Schedule Ct
For all releases, Mortgaqor shall furnish to Mortgaqee for its execution and
delivery upon receipt of the payment of a reqular installment or advance release
payment, a proper form for the entitled release o~ lands fran the lien and encwn-
