On pa~yment o! $150,000.00 principal, the followinq described real property
shall be released Prom the lien of the mortgaqe.
First Release (30 acres):
The South 106?.96' of the East 1247' of the West 2367'
of Section 35, Tawnship 35 South, Range 4~ East.
On peyment of an additior.al $150.000.00 principal, the following described
real property shall be released fran the lien of the mortgage:
Second Release (30 acres):
The South 1067.96' of that part, less the West 2367', of
Section 35, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying westerly
of West line of Lake Shore Blvd, as fixed by those certain
deeds filed for record in Official Record Book 265, at Page
2015, and Official Record Book 266, Page 1468, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
On payment of an additional $150,000.~0 principal, the folloWing describe3
real property shall be released from the liEn of the mortgage.
Third Release (30 acres):
Conmencing at the Southwest corner of Section 35, Township 40 South,
Range 40 East, thence run N 0°22'08" E alonq said Section line a
distance of 1340' to point of beginning; thence continue N 0°22'08"
E a distance of 258.3' to a point; thence run S 89°48'S5" E and
parallel to the South line of said Section 35 a distance of 2799.81'
to point of intersection With the West line of Lake Shore Blvd. as
fixed by deeds filed for record in Official Record Book 265, Page
2015, and Official Record Book 266, Page 1468, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run S 32°40'02" W along said East-
erly described line a distance of 631.30' to a point; thence run N
89°48'S5" W along the North line of the South 1067.96' of said Section
35, a distance of 2153.97' to point of intersection with a line that
is parallel to and 990.0' easterly of as measured at right angles to
the West line of said Section 35; thence run N 0°22'08" E a distance
of 272.04' to a point on the t:orth line of the South 1340.0' of said
Section 35j thence run N 89°48'S5" W along said Easter2y described
line a distance of 990.0' to Point of Beginningt
Upon payment of an additional $15~,000.00 principal, the follo~in_q described
real Froperty shall be released from the lien of the mortgage.
Fourth Release (30 acres):
The North 495.16' of the South 2093.46' of that part of Section 35,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying Westerly of the West line
of Lake Shore Blvd. as fixed by deeds filed for record in Official
Record Book 265, Page 2015, and Official Record Book 266, Page 1468,
Public Records of St. Lucis County, Florida.
The mortgage shall be satisfied upon the payment of the balance of the
