ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion to Com-
pel Discovery dated November 25, 1980, the Court having reviewed
this Motion, having heard and considered arguments of counsel,
having reviewed this file and being otherwise advised in these
particulars, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUGDED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compei Dis-
covery is granted in part and denied in part as follows:
A. Plaintiff shall be entitled to serve Request for Admis-
sions and specific Interrogatories upon Defendant, GOLDEN SOUTH
AIRLINES, INC., relating to the matters set forth in Interrogatories
numbers, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
6. If Defendant, GOLDEN SOUTH AIRLINES, INC., does not prop-
erly respond to said Request for Admissions and specific Interroga-
tories within thirty (30) days of filing, default and default judg-
ment shall be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant,
60lDEN SOUTH AIRLINES, INC.
