ORDER/JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on December 23,
1980, upon the Mation to Dismiss/Motion for Judgment on the
Pleadings filed on behalf of the Third Party Defendant,
WILLIAM H. AMES, and this Court having given consideration to
the merits of said Motions, having entertained oral argument
of counsel in support of their respective positions, and having
otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,
