O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon the wife's application
for temporary relief. Upon the evidence presented, it is thereupon,
ORDERID;
1. That pending this cause, the wife shall have custody of the
parties minor child, Tracey Sloan, a~e 15, and the husband shall have the
right to visit with her at a reasonable time and places away from her
mother's home.
2. That pending this cause, the wife shall have the exclusive
occupancy of the marital homeplace located at 3707 Wild Orchid Lane, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and of the Hunda Civic automobile which she drives.
s. That pending this cause, the husband be and he hereb;~ is
obli~ated and required to pay property according, to their tenor, the
mortRa~e pay~ment, taxes, insurance, telephone, water softener, garbage
removal, exterminator, and other reasonable expenses, any reasonable
expenses which exceeds fifty dollars ($50.00), the parties shall aRree or
make appl~ication to the court, to determine the reasonableness of the expense.
4. That pendinR this cause, the husband be and he is hereby
ordered to pay to the wife as child support thirty-five dollars ($35.00)
a week and as temporary alimony one hundred fifty dollars (5150.00) a week
commencing December 29, 1980.
5. That pending this cause, the husband be and he is hereby ordered
to pay the child's school tuition and other reasonable school expenses.
