THE ADOPTION OF
KENT RUSSOS LYONS
FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on December 30, 1980 upon the
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, the Recommendation of
Adoption and Consent filed herein by Catholic Social Services, Inc.
a licensed child placing ag~ncy licensed by the State of Florida,
Department of Child Welfare, and it appearing to the Court that
proper notice of the hearing had been given to the Catholic Social
Services, Inc. and that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons
to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best
interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the
child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, Robert Rodger
Lyons and Carol Lyons, husband and wife. and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared to
be the legal child of ROBERT RODGER LYONS and CAROL LYONS, husband
and wife, and is given the name of KENT RUSSOS LYONS by which name
he shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioners, ROBERT RODGER LYONS 3nd CAROL LYONS, husband and wife,
entitled to all the rights and privileges, and subject to all the
obligations of a child born to the Petitioners in lawful wedlock.
