dated December 4, 1978, and filed in Official Reeord Book 299~ at Page :?91, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Dollars (s12,0U0,000.00), nnd as modified by Modification of Mortgage
dated June 2, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMIT~D, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said iViortg~ge, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen Million Dollars (S13,OQ0,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Record I3ook 299, at Page 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 299, at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Publie
Itecords o€ St, I.ucie County, Floride, nnd in addition, a UCC-1 Financing
Statement `filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December ?,
1978, under File No. y66909, between said parties; and
1Vl~EREAS, the snid `lortgage hns requested the said 1~iortnugee to
release the premises ard other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
tilortgage, and encumbered premises, f: om the liens and opert~tion of said ~~lortgage
and ot~er liens;

tion of the premises and the s~: i of Ten Doll~rs ($10.00) and oth.:r good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is i~ereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, snd discharge from the lien and operation

discharged of and from the lien of st~id ~lortgngc and every part thereof; provided
