WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DCL'.ARS (=10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by Grartee, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, the folla+ing describ-
ed raal property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to Wit:
Condominitan Parcel No. 4292, of Seascape I, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominitun thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at Page 1033, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the folloWing:
1. Tares for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations~ easements, and other
~atters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of
:he same.
3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominiian and Exhibits attached thereto.
~t. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Festrictions of Ocean Village Property O~mer's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of Whieh documents run xith the land.
The urantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Ormer's
Association.
~ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the

,~ parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises

IN WITNESS MHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
