HomeMy WebLinkAbout2604 RECEIPT, ACKNOf~iLEDGMENT, ASS[1MPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER '~ t Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt~ acknowledges that this -~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect ~ ir. every respeet to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiu~n in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, ineluding but not lim- ~~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the De~laration of Condominiun or re- ~_~ . ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales ~`~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments ~~~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, ~°•' By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrietions of the Property O~mers Association; and Purchaser further acknorrledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor . plan, and ackno~rledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- `- tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condomini~ property ~ and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ~- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirins and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits ~ att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~mer's ~~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acirnoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oi-ner's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~ parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obli.gations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assuu:as the obligations as to the ~.~ Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all ~rarranties, representations, and inducements~ if any, are as contained ~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and ~~-f the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and - other charges are estimated only.
