mentioned with interest thereon:

dated December 4, 1978, and filed in Official Record Book 299, at Page 991, in the
Public Recocds of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original ~mount of Twelve
Million Dollars (312,000,000.00), and as modified by Modification of 1~lortgage
dated June 2, 1980, r~nd recocded in Official Records Book- 332 at Puge 1?38 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITEll, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said htoctgage, and inereased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen Million Dollars (513,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Kents and Profits recorded in Official
Record I3ook 299 , at Page 1002, and UCC-1 I~inancing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 299 , at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lueie County, Florida, and in addition, ~ UCC-1 Finaneing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, Stete of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said ~lortgage has requested the said 1~Iortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of safd
~lortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of snid '?ortgage
and other liens;
NO~Y, ~THEREFORE, KVOt~' YE, that the said ~lort~~gee, in consider~-
tion of the premises And the sum of Ten Dollars ($1(-.00) and other gooc~ and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on beh~lf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and dischurge from the lien and operation
of suid lyortgage and other liens referred to above unta the said 19ortga;or, its
successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said
1lortgage, and othe~ liens referred to above nzore partic~~larly described as follows:

to the Declaration of Condominium recorded
September 11, 1980, in Official Recorc~s ~3onk 338,
at Page 1033, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the s-ppuctenances, unto the
said tilortg8gor, its successors and assigns focever, frecd, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said :1rlortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, altec or
di-ninish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the afores~id ti+lortgage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortguged premises, not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights anc~ remedies of the holder thereof.
