LIi~iITCD, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said liiortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen ~tillion Dollars ($13,000,000.00),
together with a~i Assignmenr of Leases, ltents and Peofits recorded in Official
Record liook 298, at Pnge 1002, nnd UCC-1 Financing Ststement recorded in
Official Record Book 29~ at Yage 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Necords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in ad~-tion, u UCC-1 Finaneing
Statement filed ~vith the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between said parties; and
NHERF.AS, the said 1lortgage has requested the sr~id 1lortgagee to
release the premises and other property hcrcinafter described, being a part of said
:~'iortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said t~:ortgage
and other liens;
NOW, 'I'HEREFORE, KNOW Y~, that the said ~Ioctgagee, in consideru-
tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good and
valuable considecations to it in hand paid by or on behaif of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, tt~e reccipt whereof is hereby neknowledged, does
remise, release, auit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
