Purchaser, by acceptance and executfon of thls Receipt, acknoWledgeg that this
purchase of a condomfnium anit at OCEAN YILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attaehed thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Artieles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor pian of apartment purehased by p~rchaser, and all Amendments
tv the aforesaid Deelaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Deelaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormers
Asso~iation; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales broehure and floor
plan, and ackna+ledges that eaeh and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operatiot~ and management of the Condominitiuo property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oMrners therein.
Purchaser and all oirners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attaehed thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and~approves
all of the terms and provisions of said De~laration of Condominium and Exhibits
att~ehed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~+ner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that Lhe
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OFmer's Association
has eneumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purehaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
Property OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser eonfirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and tEie sums due under the Property Oxner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except Khere the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed fn said Deelaration of Condominiim and Exhibits attached thereto.
