BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared, BRUCE D. PERRY, who first being duly sworn, deposes and
says as follows:
1. That he is the grandson of PARMA DONOHOE and MALLIE DOW
DONOHOE a/k/a M. D. DONOHOE, who are now both deceased.
2. That his said grandparents continuously maintained the
relationship of husband and wife from the date of their marriage to
the date the said MALLIE DOW DONOHOE a/k/a M. D. DONOHOE died which
was the 24thday of February , 1968 .
3. F'urther affiant sayeth not.
