LIMITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said :~lortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen 1lillion llollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents nnd Profits cecorded in Official
Record Iiook 29~ at Puge 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 299, at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Gucie County, Florida, and in addition, a UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December ?,
1978, under 1'ile No. 966909, between said pt~rties; end
~YNEREAS, the said 1~lortgage has requested tiie suid l~lortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinnfter described, being a part of said
~~ortgage, anc~ encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said 1+fortgage
and other liens;
NON', THEREFORE, KNO~Y YE, that the suid 1Rortgngee, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behulf of the s~id mortgagor at
the tin~e of the execution hercof, the receipt ~*hereaf is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
