Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purehaser assum-as the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that aIl i+arranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and the co~on expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or guaranteed in said Deelaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
