BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary public, personally
appeared DOROTHY F. JAEP, who, after first being duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of~CHARLES H.
JAEP, III, who aiea on October 29, 1980, a resident of Charlotte
County, Florida.
2. That she was married to CHARLES H. JAEP, III, at
the time they acquired title to the following described property
by deed dated September 9, 1977, and recorded October 26, 1977,
in O.R. Book 276 at page 760, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and they remained continuously married without
intervening divorce until the death of CHARLES H. JAEP, III:
Section 2, Block 302, Lot 30, recorded
in Plat Book 2, at page 12 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
