in a coinpany or companies acceptab2e to the Mortqagee, the po2icy or po2icies to be held by,
and payable to, said Mortgagee, and in the eve~t any sum of money becomes payable by vfrtue of
such ~nsurance the Mortgagee sha11 have the right to receive and apply the same to the fndebt-
edness hereby secured, ac~ounting to the Mortqaqor For any surplus; to pay a21 eosts, charges,
and expens~s, ~ncluding Iawyer's fees and title searches, reasonably incurred or pa~d by the
Xortgagee because of the Mortgagor to promptly and fu1ly comply w~th the agreements, st~pula-
tions, ~ond~tions and covenants of said Note and this Mortgage, or either; to perform, comply
with and ab~de by each and every the agreements, stfpu2at~ons, eondit~ons and covenants set
forth ~n sa~d Note and Mortgage or eit.'~er, i~ the event the Nortgagor fails to pay when due any
tax, assessment, insurance premium or other sum of n+oney payable by virtue of sa~d Note and
th~s Mortgage, or either, the Mortgagee may pay the same, without wa~ving or affectfng the
opt~on to foreclose or any other right hereander, and a11 such payments sha11 bear interest
from date thereof at the highest Iawful rate then allowed by the Iaws of the State of Florida.
Ii Mr Sum of MoneY herein referred to be not promptly paid within 30 days next aftez
the same becou+es due, or if each and every the agreements, st~pu2ations, conditions and
oovenants of sa~d Note and this Nortgage, or either-, are not fu2ly performed, ~omplied w~th
and Sbfded by, then the entire sum ment~oned in said Note, and this~l~iortgage, or the entire
balance unpaid thereon, sha21 forthwith or thereafter, at the option of the Nortgaqee, become
and be due and payable, anything in said Hote or herein to the contrary notwfthstandtng.
Failure by the Hortqaqee to exercise any of the rights or options herein provided shaZl not
constitute a waiver of any rights or opt~ons under said Note or this Nortqage accrued or
