PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Bessie Bell Griffin, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on Auqust 14, 1976, and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on July 20,
1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a fi.nal account-
ing containing a complete report of all receipt and dis-
bursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herei.n, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons,
other than Petitioner, ~aiving the filing of a final account-
ing.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by makinq payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of ad-
ministration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, ap-
praisers or other agents emplo~ed by the personal representative
is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the.State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Fl.orida estate taxes, if any.
