This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge of
the guardian of the property and person of Frank J. Mackey, incompetent;
notice of hearing on said petition having been waived by the Personal
Representative and the court being satisfied that the guardian has
faithfully discharged the duties as such guardian and that there is
no necessity for the filing of an accounting or a final return, it is
ADJUDGED that said guardian is discharged and RELIANCE INSURANCE
COadPANY, the surety on guardian's bond, is released from further
liability.
