under the mortgage or note referred to above.
~ 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or am~ndment to the aforementioned promissory note and
~ mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). ~
5, This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal represenba-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
~ 6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the ONmer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said

7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property io the Owner(s).
