O R D E R
This cause having come to be heard on the 18th day of December,
1980 on the Plaintiff's application for a temporary injunction, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel, and other testimony and
otherwise being fully advised of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendant is enjoined from parking or permitting the
parking of any vehicle in any manner other than parallel on that
thirty (30) foot strip (half of which is paved and half of which
is unpaved) running from U. S. Highway No. 1 to the warehouse of
the Plaintiff and being more particularly described as follows:
The North 15 feet of the South 100 feet of the South 200
feet of the East 510 feet, and the South 15 feet of the
North 100 feet of the South 200 feet of the East 460 feet
all being of Lot 175, MARAVILLA GARDENS, Plat No. 3 as
recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Defendant shall clear the above-described parcel of
all vehicles and other obstructions and shall keep the same cleared
at all times. The Defendant and/or his tenants and invitees shall,
however, be permitted to continue to utilize the above-described
parcel for ingress and egress in a manner consistent with this Order.
In addition the Defendant shall restore the South 15 feet of the
North 100 feet of the South 200 feet of the East 460 feet of Lot 175,
MARAVILLA GARDENS, Plat No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida (hereinafter referred to
, as the North 15 foot str~p) compacting the same to the density of
natural land. In addition, Defendant shall take all steps necessary
to grade and othexwise restore the north fifteen (15) foot strip to
the grade and compaction of the natural land in a manner that will
permit tractor trailer travel over said strip.
3. Defendant shall take all steps necessary to implement this
Order on or before 12:Q0 midnight December 29, 1980., r
