4. Defendant shall take no steps to further obstruct the
Plaintiff's alleged easement of way through additional construction.
Any and all expenditures which Defendant makes from this time on
with respect to those structures already located on the easement
of the Plaintiff shall be made at the Defendant's own risk.
5. Neither party shall be required to post a bond.
