; PRE-TRIAL ORDER
' THIS CAUSE came on for Pre-Trial Conference on the

17th day of December, A. D., 1980. It is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Moti.on of the Defendant to amend his Answer
should be and the same is hereby granted. The Amended Answer
~ is deemed filed as of the entry of this Order,

~; prevent the defense from introducing evidence or making any

~ comment regarding worlanen's ~compensation or other collateral
sources available to the Plaintiff should be and the same is
+ hereby granted, and no mention of workmen's compensation or
other collateral sources shall be made to the jury. '
~ 3. The Plaintiff shall have three (3) peremptory
challenges and the defense shall have three (3) peremptory
challenges.
4. Any photographs may be introduced without testimony
of the photographer.
5. Copies may be used in lieu of original papers or
documents.
6. Testimony of the medical records' custodians shall
not be required.
7. Expert medical testimony may be taken out of order
to accommodate the Court~ counsel for the parties, and the
physicians involved.
