or heresfter on said 2and fu2ly insured in a sum of not less than the amou»t of the Nortgage,
in a eompany or c~ompanies acceptable to the Nortgagee, the policy or policies to be held by,
and payable to, said Mortgaqee, and in the event any sum of money be~romes Fayable by virtue of
such ~nsurance the Nortqaqee sha12 have the right to receive and apply the same to the indebt-
edness hereby secured, acc~ountinq to the Nortgegor for any surplus; to pay al1 costs, charges,
and expe:~ses, ~nclud~ng lawyer's fees and title searches, reasonably incurred or patd by the
Nortgagee because of the Hortqagor to prompt2y and fu11y comp2y with the agreements, stipu2a-
tions, conditions and covenants of said Note and thfs PJortgage, or either; to perform, ~omply
with and abtde by each and every the agreements, st~pulations, conditions and covenants set
forth in said Note and Mortgage or either, fn the event the Nortgagor fa~tls to pay ahen due any
tax, assessment, insnrance prem~um or other sum of money payable by v~irtue of said Note and
this Mortgage, or e~ther, the Mortgagee may pay the same, without wa.tving or affecting the
opt~on to foreclose or any other right hereunder, and a21 such payments shall bear interest
from date thereof at the highest lawful rate then allowed by the 2aws of the State of Florida.
If My Sum of MOneY herein referred to be not promptly paid within 3p days next after
the same beeomes due, or if each and every the agreements, stipulations, conditions and
c,rovenants of said Note and this P/ortgage, or either, are not fu12y performed, c~omp2ied with
and abided by, then the entire sum ment~oned in said Note, and this Mortgage, or the entire
balance unpaid thereon, shall forthwith or thereafter, at the option of the Hortgagee, become
and be due and payab2e, anything in said Note or herei» to the contrary notwithstanding.
Failure by the Nortgagee to exercise any of the rights or options herein provided shall not
constitute a waiver of any rights or options under said Note or this Mortgage accrue8 or
