~hereby releases the originai Obligars) from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or ~ote referred to above.
- 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chanqe or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
! mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal represenba-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6, The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
__._ mortqaoe and ~he maker(s.).-of all .promissory notes -secured thereby. .-
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
' is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
