O R D E R
This matter came on for hearing on December 22, 1980,
on the Wife's Motion for Temnorary Relief and all parties
being present, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Wife's Motion for Temporary Relief
is qranted.
. 2. That the Wife is given custody of the minor
children of the parties, namely: JAMES K. GAHN,
age 7 years and MICHAEL C. GAHN, age 13 years. The
Husband shall have reasonable rights of visitation.
3. The Husband shall commence child support
payments on December 26th, 1980 of $25.00 per child,
per week. These payments are to be made to the Clerk
of the above Court who will process said nayments.
