I, FRANK BROOKS, domiciled in Lehigh Acres, Lee County,
~'Zorida, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts, my
funeral expenses and the costs of administration of my estate be
paid as soon as practicalbe after my death.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of
the property which I may own at the time of my death, real, personal
and mixed, tangible and intangible, of whatever nature and wherever
situated, including all property which I may acquire br to which
I may become en~itled after the execution of this will, I give and
devise to my daughter, MARY AIv'N B. ARTHUR, if she shall survive me.

If she shall predecease me then said share shall be distributed to
her issue, per stirpes. Adopted children under this will shall take
as natural children. .
THIRD: I nominate MARY ANN B. ARTHUR, as
personal representative of my estate, without bond.
