superior lien, Lender vill send Borrower a notice, in the nanner
described ia Paragraph 14, vhich identifies the superior lien
clais. Borrower will satisfy the superior lien or take one of the
actions stated above within 30 days. The 30-day period vill begin
on the date the notice is sailed or, if it is not mailed, on the
date the notice is delivered.
By signing this Renegotiable Rate Mortgage Rider, I agree
to all of the above.
