That I Eugene G.Saad of the City of London,England do
by these presents hereby make, constitute and appaint
Jay E.Ricks of the County of Lighthouse Foint and State
of Florida, true and lawful attorney in fact for me and
in my place and stead, to sign for me any real estate
transaction sale or purchase including any notes,mortgages,
mortgage notes, negotiable securities, receive payments,
pay out from funds held or received in my name and act as
my legal attorney.
Granting and giving unto said attorney i~ fact full
•authority and power to do and perform any and all other
acts necessary or incident to the performance and execution
of the powers herein expressly granted with pawer to do~and
perform all acts authorized hereby, as fullY to all intents
and purposes as the grantor might or could do if personally
present, with full pawer of substitution. ~
