Bayrowec and Lender_ hereby expoessly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and
hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and aqreements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Unifonn Covenants numbered 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of the master forra of mortgage
~ecorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the courtty in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage ia offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions ai are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described maat~r form of
mortgage and incorporated by referance hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by ceference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Boirower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bo~rower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes atatinq that aaid
notes are ~ecured heraby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage~ exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US S~NE
