Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves : all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits ~, attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ot~mer's Assoeiation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~. able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the "- Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Otimer's Association ~~ has enc~bered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the t Property OFmer's Association as to his condominium parcel.
