corporation authorixed to t~c~~snet business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgaoor," by the following described documents grnnted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIIICAGO, a tiational b~nking associution,
hereinAfter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property tiierein
particularly described to secure the pa~yment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LI1~1ITED PARTNERSIiIP, as
~lortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CNICAGO, as ~lortgagee,
dated December 4, 1978, and filed in Official Recoed Book 29~ at Page 991, in the
Public Reeords of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Dollacs (512,000,000.00), and as modified by Modification of Mortgage
dated June 2, 1980, and recorded in ~Official Records Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein ~IUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIA9ITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said !~lortgnge, and ineceASed
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen ~lillion Dollars (E13,000,000,00),
together with an Assignmer~t of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Record I3ook 2~39, at Page 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 2g9„at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public•
Records of St. Lueie County, Florida, and in addition, a UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of St~te, State of Florida, on December ?,
1978, under File No. 966909, between said pnrties; and
1~'HEREAS, lhe said M1lortgaee has requested the sr~id i~Sortgagec to
release the premises and other property hereinaftcr describecl, being a part of said
1~Sortgage, and encumbered premises, from 1he lien~ and operution of said Vlortgage
and other liens;
VOt~', Ti~EREFORE, KNO~~' YE, that ttie sr~id tilortongee, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Uoll~rs (~10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-cluim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
of said 19ortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said 1~iortgagor, its
successors and assigns . thet certain portion of the premises conveyed by said
Mortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as follows:
