Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of aaid Deelaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits r; attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ofiner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acirnoWledges and confirms that the ° Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OMmer's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Coridominium parcel being ~onveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assun~es the obligations as to the ~ Property Ormer's Association as to•his condominium parcel.
