PARTIAL RELEASE OF MURTGAGC LIEN
WliEREAS, HUTCI~tINSON ISLAND GIi-lITGD, INC., a Delaware
corQocation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking associatior~,
hereinafter called "1~iortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property theeein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned witi~ interest thereon:
Mortgage given by HUTCHINSON iSLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, as
tiiortgagor, in favor of TNE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Nlortgagee,
dated December 4, 1978, and filed in Official Reeocd Book 299, at Page 991, in the
Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amou~t of Twelve
Million Dollacs (512,000,000.00), and as modified by Modificution of Mortgage
dated 3une 2, 1980, and reeorded in Official Records Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, whecein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITED, INC, assumed the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen ti~lillion Dollars ($13,000,000.00),
together with An Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Record Baok 29g , at Pxge 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 29~ at Page 1008, all of s~id documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, 1'lorida, and in addition, u UCC-t Financing
Statement filed witfi the Secretary of State, 5tate of Floridu, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between said pnrties; and
WHEREAS, the sriid Alortgage h~s requested the said 1-fortgagee to
celease the premises and other property hereinaftcr describecl. being a part of said
1~lortg~ge, and encumbered ~remises, from the liens ~nd operativn ~f said l+lortgage
and other liens; ~
NO«', THERSFORE, KNO~V YE, that the said 4lortgagee, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (310.00) and other gaod anil
valuable considerations to it in hand Qaid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
,remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien ar-d operation
of said ltortgage and other liens referred~to above unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns that certain portion . of the premises conveyed by said
Mortgage, and other liens referred to above morc purticularly described as follows:

CGUSTER - PHASE (B), a Condominivm, according
to the Declaration of Condominium recorded
September 11, 1980, in Official Records Book 338,
at Page 1033, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
TO ~iAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the nppurtenances, unto the
said ~lortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesAid ti~tortgage and other liens
referred to above on the rem~ining property of said mortgAged ~remises, not
hereby released therefrom, or Any of the rights And rernedies of thc ho!der tliereof.
