ORDER ON SET-OFF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard December 23, 1980 upon
Defendant's Motion-to off-set Plaintiff's award of.FOUR THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($4,000.00) rendered herein for breach of contract by the
amount of funds deposited into the Reqistry of the Court by the
City of Fort Pierce, said funds totallinq FOUR~TAOUSAND, ONE BUNDRED
FIFTY-THREE DOLLARS ($4,153.00); and thi.s Court having previously
allowed a deduction from the Court Registry of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-
SEVEN AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($27.7.50) for attorneys' fees and costs,
and taking notice of~the Clerkâ˘s Registry charges of TWENTY-THREE
AND 27/100 ($23.27), lsaving a net Registry balance of THREE THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND 23/100 ($3,852.23); and having heard i

qum parties and being further advised in
the premises, upon consideration thereof, it is ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for Set-Off is
granted as follows:
(1) The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to pay to
Plaintiff the balance of Court Registry funds totalling $3,852.23.
(2) The Defendant is.given and has a credit of $3,852.23
against the award to Plaintiff of $4,000.00 for breach of contract.
(3) To the extent consistent with this Order, the Final
Judgment herein dated December 15, 1980 is amended, but it otherwise
