FINAL DECREE THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the motion of the plaintiffs, by its undersined attorney, for the entry of a final decree as provided by laws of the State of Florida, upon the plaintiffs comptaint to quiet title, the default previously entered in this action against the defendants, ancl-the Court being fully and further advised in the premises, in consideration of such premises it is therefore. CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED as follows: 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties to the cause and the subject matter. • 2., That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiffs. 3. That the default previously entered in this action be and it is confirmed, ratified and made absolute. ~ 4. That at the time of the execution of the deed from plaintiffs to Otis B~rd and Eula B~rd, his wife, datedMarch 18th~ 1980 and recorded in O.R.
