and Frank Petrucci,R.N., and the Court being advised in the
premises after oral argument by counsel for the respective
parties, said Motion be and the same is hereby denied.
Upon Motion to Dismiss Counts IX and X against the
Defendant Chi Chiou Liu,M.D., Lawnwood Medical Center,Inc.
and Nospital Corporation of America,Inc., after oral argument
by counsel for the respective parties, and the Court being
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AN~ ADJ.UDGED that the Motion to Dismiss be and
the same is hereby denied.
The Motion of the Plaintiff, Jeffrey eurling, to add as -
