, THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard for a scheduled
Pre-Trial Conference on December 22, 1980, and after discussing
the past and future course of this cause with respective _
- counsel of record, it is,
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - -
(1) This cause has been continued and removed from
this Court's trial docket beginning January 19, 1981, and
is to be re-set for trial in the #1 slot on this Court's
first civil suit jury trial docket in April of 1981.
(2) That a supplemental Pre-Trial Conference will
be scheduled to be he ld_in this cause prior to the trial
-docket in April of 1981.
(3) That Defendants shall have ten (10) days within
which to file their Answers in response to plaintiffs'
outstanding interrogatories. -
(4) That Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days
within which ~o comply with the remaining items set out in
Defendants' Notice to Produce. .
