(5) That Dr. H. Hooshmand,-a Vero Beach neurologist,
is hereby appointed to perform an independent medical evaluation
of the plaintiff at a time convenient to the parties, but no later
than forty (40) days prior to trial.
(6) That as to every expert witness whose opinion
testimony is to be presented at trial by either side, rhe party
presenting such expert,testimony shall be required to obtain
and foYward to opposing counsel a narrative report setting
out in essence the anticipated testimony of said expert at
a point in time no later than thirty (30) days prior to trial.
The only exception to this is in the event that said expert
witness has been deposed more than thirty (30) days prior to trial.
No opinion testimony will be permitted at triai from any expert
who has not been deposed or who has not provided a narrative
report to the opposing side more than thirty (30) days prior
to trial.
This provision is aimed toward full disclosure
by all parties and was the subject of a stipulation at the
12/22/80 pre-trial conference.
(7) Defendants are hereby c~ranted permission to
re-depose the Plaintiff, EDDIE LINUEL ROBERTS, so long as
said deposition is ,taken no later than February 15, 1981.
Additionally, said deposition of Eddie Roberts shall last
no more than thirty (30) minutes.
