ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY'S, Motion to Strike
Count VI of the Second Amended Complaint and upon arqument of counsel
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the said Motion be and the same is hereby
granted.
2. That Count VI of the Second Amended Complaint is
hereby stricken.
