FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 5th day of January, •
1981, upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioners,

JONATHAN J. TOLER and MARY L. TOLER, his wife, and upon the
recommendation for adoption and consent by CATHOLIC SOCIAL SERVICES,
INC., and upon the answer filed by the Florida Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing to the Court
that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of
the child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is
suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, i~t is:
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as CURTIS JON TOLER is
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, JONATHAN J.
TOLER and MARY L. TOLER, his wife, and is given the name of
CURTIS JON TOLER, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and
it is
ADJUDGED that said child shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioners, JONATHAN J. TOLER and MARY L. TOLER, his
wife, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of children born to Petitioners.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
