DEED OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE U

THIS INSTRUMENT executed this ~~ day of December,
1980, between CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as personal representative of
the Estate of Laird D. Shumaker, deceased, grantor, and JOHN W.
MERTEN and WILLIAM W. MERTEN , as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
Grantee, whose address is: 935 East Grand River, East Lansing,
Michigan 48823;
WITNESSETH:
The grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of $10.00, and other.qood and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 27, BlOCk 5, of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE SUB-
DIVISION, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 1 and 2, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
SUBJECT to restrictions, reservations and easements
of record.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor does covenant to and with the Grantee,
their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and
in and about this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has executed this
instrument the day and year first above written.
