Sea Palms Condominium Associat-ion~ Inc., as amended, and the supporting
documents, the Association does hereby express its approval of the.
aforesaid sale and purchase sub~ect nevertheless to the covenants,
restrictions, limitations, conditions and uses, terms and other
proviaions of the said Declaration as amended~ and other condominium
inatruments as so recorded.

of Approval of Sale to be executed by its principal executive officer
