~hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations or liability
tmder the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designat~d herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementinned promissory note and
! ~ mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). -
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assi~ns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqage and the maker(s.) of all promissory notes.secured-thereby.
7. Th~ Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property Lo the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
seals the day and year first above written.
