SUMMARY FINAL JUDGriENT
THIS CAUSE cominq on for Final.Hearing and the Court having
considered the Complaint, Pleadings, Discovery, and Affidavits filed
by the Plaintiff, and finding that it has jurisdiction of the parties
and that there is no issue as to any material fact and that the Plaintiff
is entitled to a Summary Final Judgment as a matter of 1aw against the
Defendant, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC., a Florida corporation, and the
Court beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD-7UDGED as follows:
That the Plaintiff, RUSCO INDUSTRIES, INC., d/b/a RUSCO
HILITE, a foreign corporation, have judgments against the Defendants,
CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC. a Florida corporation, in the sum of eleven
thousand, seven hundred and thirty-six dollars and sixty-two cents,
($11,736.62), with interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18$) per annum
($5.79 per day) from May 25, 198Q, and costs of the suit in the amount
of thirty-nine dollars, ($39.00), for all of which let execution issue.
