THIS CAUSE came before t:ie Court, and it has been put
on recora, that the settlement of *ne above-captioned case

Dollars; Tezi Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars goes to the Estate
cf GLENDA SU~ CALDWELL a/k/a GLENDA SUE CALLAHAN, Deceased, and
One ~Iundred Eighty Thousand (y180,G00.00) Dvllars goes to
the Guardianship of LILLIL•' SUE CALDWF'.LL, a minor, was approved
by the Court, therefore, it is hereby
URDERED that the settlement in this case is approved and
the above provisions are hereby approved.
