County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this writing as and for My Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and cancelling all other and former Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me. _
FIRST: I have previously deposited with VERA A. BARRON
f/k/a VERA ABBOTT, a sum of money for my funeral expenses.
I direct Vera Barron to apply that money towards my funeral
expenses and after such application, I direct my Personal
Representative, hereinafter named, to pay all of my funeral
expenses which rennain and all of my other just debts as
soon after rny death as may be practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath, outright in fee,
to VERA A. BARRON f/k/a VERA ABBOTT, any interest I may have
at my death in and to a condominium unit located at HIGH
POINT OF FORT PIERCE, together with all contents contained
therein and I direct that if any.outstanding balance remains
on a mortgage for said condominium then it be paid off in
full out of any cash contained in my estate or from the _
sale of other assets of my estate prior to distributing
the condominium unit to the said VERA A. BARRON f/k/a VERA
ABBOTT.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, in whatever form and
wheresoever situated, as follows:
Fifty percent (50%) of my aforesaid estate to RUTH E.
ROUTT, who currently~resides at 200 N. Cameron Street, Winchester
Virginia 22601. In the event the aforesaid Ruth E. Routt
does not survive me by a period of thirty (30) days, then
