I, AMY E. KLEEMAN, a resident of l~ashville, Davidson
County, Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this as my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by
me .
ITEM I: I direct that all of my ~ust.debts be paid,
and that any Estate or Inheritance Taxes be paid out of my general,
residuary estate, and not be taxed against any of the individual
legatees.
ITEM II: I give and bequeath to MRS. GLAYDS EARLEY
WHITE, my faithful employee, the sum of Six Hundred and no/100 ~
($600.00) Dollars, provided she continues_to be in my employ until
and at my last illness which results in my death. ~
ITEM III: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of
every kind, including cash, stocks, bonds, other securities, and
real property, to my three children in equal shares, namely:
ERNESTYNE KLEEMAN OSMAN, a resident of Silver Springs, Maryland;
PATRICIA KLEEMAN GOLDSTEIN, a resident of Rye, New York; and HILMAR ~
KLEEI~iAN, a resident of Nashville, Tennessec.
' ITEM IV: In computing the amount of said three equal
shares of my estate, which I~have hereinabove given, devised and
bequeathed one each to my said three children, or their issue, as
hereinafter set forth, i£ one or more of them should predecease me,
