I direct my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, to consider
that any sum or sums of money which may be owed to me by my son,
HILMAR KLEEMAN, at ~he time of my death as a cash asset of my
estate. Thus, the share of my estare which otherwise would go to
HILMAR KLEEMAN will be diminished by two-thirds of the sum or sums
of maney so owed to me, and each of the shares o£ my estate going
to my said two daughters will be increased by one-third o£ the
said sum or sums of money owing to me by HTLMAR KLEEMAN. Hence,
it is my intention that HII~IAR KLEEMAN is not to have an advantage
over my two daughters by reason of any sum or sums of money which
I have heretofore advanced or loaned to him which he has not~repaid
to me at the time of my death.
ITEM V: In the event any of my said children should
predecease me, then the said equal_share which my said deceased
chiZd, or children, would have received from my estate, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath the same to the issue of my said deceased
child, or children, ~er stirpes.
ITEM VI: I nominate, constitute and appoint MRS.
CAROLYN K. BLUM, a resident of Davidson County, Tennessee, as
Executrix of this my Last Will; and if she is unable to act or
fails to qualify as Executrix for any reason, then I nominate and
appoint JOE GILBERT, JR., presently residing at 209 Robin Hill
Road, Nashville, Tennessee, as the Executor of my Will.
I direct that ~either of the above named individuals
shall be required to give or file any bond or other security for
the faithful perfonnance of her or his duties in the capacity of
Executrix or Executor.
IN WITNESS ~~THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this,
my Last Will and TesCament, consisting of this and two other type-
