FIRST CODTCIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
AMY E . KLEEMAN
I, Amy E. Kleeman, do hereby make, publish and declare this
first codicil to my Last Will and Tesrament, executed by me and dated
the 9th day of February, 1973.
First: I amend my said Last Will and Testament by deleting
Item VI therefrom in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the
following new Irem VI which is as follows:
"ITEM VI: I nominate, copstitute and appoint Baran Coleman,
as Executor of this my Last Will,~:and if he is~.unable to act or fails
to qualify as Executor for any reason then I nominate and appoint
Joe Gilbert, Jr., presently residing at 209 Robin Hill Road, Nashville,
Tennessee, as the alternate Executor of my Will."
I airect that neither of the above named individuals shall
be required to give or file any bond or other security for the faithful
performance of eheir duties in the capacity of Executor or alternate

Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby subscribe my name this 18th
day of September, 1975, at Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.

The~foregoing codicil was signed by Amy E. Kleeman, as
and for the first change to her Last Will and Testament., signed by
her on the 18th day of September, 1975, in.the presence of us, the
undersigned, who, at her request and in her sight and presence, and
in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names .as
